This magnificent bee gets its name owing to the turquoise bands that run across their abdomen. Attracted to blue and purple flowers, they grab on to the blooms, fluttering their cellophane-like wings, and dislodge the pollen.  Inspired by nature, our whimsical but elegant brooches are exquisitely hand embroidered using artisan skills.
