Refund policy

In line with our customer service values, we would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows. 

In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, we are happy to offer an exchange, provide a credit note, or a full refund on eligible full price items. 

Exchanges, credit notes or refunds will only be processed once the original item has been returned to us and is confirmed to be in saleable condition including all tags, original packaging and be unworn/laundered.

Please include the following in the email subject - Return Request  Email your request to malenyadditions@bigpond.com.  Please include the following in the email - full contact details, copy of the receipt and photo of the item you wish to return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  We will provide a refund, replace or repair the item as appropriate.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Gift cards, earrings & hats are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
  • All items purchased on sale or discounted items are final and no credit note or exchange apply to these items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
